Ojai Valley Defense Fund honors Los Padres ForestWatch with Loebl Award

ALL ARE WELCOME - The Board of Directors of the Ojai Valley Defense Fund warmly invites you to join us on Sunday, October 25, from 4-6 p.m. at The Ojai Retreat and Inn as we recognize and celebrate fellow local nonprofit, Los Padres ForestWatch, by presenting them with the OVDF’s prestigious James D. Loebl Award. The award is named in memory of the late James D. Loebl, a renowned civic leader who served on the Ojai City Council from 1968 to 1996. It is conferred in Jim’s memory to honor an entity (nonprofit, school, or business) for its support of causes aligned with the mission of the Ojai Valley Defense Fund. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions. There is no need to RSVP, though you are welcome to if you like. Beverages and light refreshments will be served, and a golf cart will be available to transport you from the parking area to the patio. We are grateful to The Ojai Retreat for its ongoing support of the OVDF, and for welcoming this event on its stunning back patio, which has unparalleled views of the valley you are helping us protect. See you there!
