Volunteer to Remove Invasive Plants

WHAT: Invasive Plant Removal 

WHERE: Please meet at the City Hall Parking lot (the one with solar panels covering half of the lot): 306 S. Blanche St, Ojai 

WHEN: Saturday, October 25 between 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM 

WHY: New invasive plants will continue growing after their initial removal until re-introduced native plants have established themselves. 

HOW: Register below and make sure to print out, complete the City of Ojai Volunteer Agreement and bring it with you to the event.

CLOTHING & SUPPLIES: Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and closed-toe shoes. Bring gloves. Consider a small pack with water, snacks, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunblock, etc.).  There will be a water station inside Kent Hall, bring your fillable water bottles.
