Description

The CREW's Green Valley Project welcomes teens ages 13–18 to join us for a series of hikes and discussions centered around environmental books and the issues shaping our planet.

For our first meeting, we will discuss Crossings: How Road Ecology Is Shaping the Future of Our Planet.

We will meet at the Grasslands Trailhead in Agoura Hills and hike to a viewpoint overlooking the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, where we will discuss key themes from the book and explore the importance of wildlife connectivity and conservation.

Meeting Location: Malibu Creek State Park parking lot
Parking Fee: $3

If you need assistance with the parking fee, please let us know - we are happy to cover your parking spot.

Email us at [email protected] to RSVP.

We look forward to learning, hiking, and building community together!
